Mrs. Armstrong came to Mira Vista after a ground level fall at home resulting in a lower extremity fracture.
At admission, Mrs. Armstrong required maximum assistance with bed mobility, all activities of daily living, and required a mechanical lift for all transfers.
At discharge, Mrs. Armstrong was able to complete her activities of daily living with minimal assistance, perform transfers with a rolling walker with supervision, and was able to walk short distance with caregiver assistance.
